This code defines the rules of engagement between Staff of SME Mauritius, Entrepreneurs, Customers and other service users. Irrespective of their size, SME Mauritius believes that all SMEs are equally important and should be given equal consideration.

Customers and other Service users

The following actions will be taken in case provisions of the above code of conduct is not followed :

Staff will be disciplined according to company policies.
01        First Offence - Face to face meeting to clarify issue.
02       Second Offence - Letter of caution issued.
03       Third Offence - Withdrawal of support and the matter referred              to appropriate Authorities.

Treat Entrepreneurs with respect and be committed and disciplined in their approach

Engage in fruitful relationships that foster delivery of seamless support services

Be guided by a sense of fairness, equity, ethics and integrity in all their dealings

Strive to gain and maintain the trust of Entrepreneurs and other customers at all times and over the long run

Customer Engagement

Respect staff at all times and which is a condition of our engagement

Not indulge in intimidating or offensive behavior as it is not acceptable to SME Mauritius

Refrain from any verbal or physical abuse as it will not be tolerated
